As you can see, neutron stars make white dwarfs look huge because a neutron star is so much more compact. A tsp of a neutron star would weigh about as much as Mt Everest. But Mt Everest on earth spreads its one billion tons over thousands of square miles whereas a teaspoon of neutron star spreads 3 billion tons over a couple of square inches! The crust of the earth would not be strong enough to hold it. A tsp of neutron star would crash right through the earth and out the other side.
