This is the web version of a talk I recently gave to a group of philosophy students. I think it would make a good first presentation of quantum mechanics for both high school and college students. I teach quantum mechanics at Valdosta State University, along with some other really interesting (to me, anyway) courses. The Images WAll the images were taken from one of the following sites: Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD), NASA, the Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI), Chandra X-Ray Observatory, Two-Micron Sky Survey, SOHO, Spaceweather, and Spitzer Infrared Space Telescope.
